How To Clean Tomato Juice From Carpets
Okay, dull red smears are NOT a good look on any carpet. Apart from maybe dull red carpets. Which I don’t think anyone’s had since the sixties. Oh dear, you still have one? Oops, sorry! Then this does not apply to you – embrace that sixties fabulousness!
For all the rest of us who are not so lucky, here’s how to remove tomato juice stains from carpets:
1 – Using a clean paper towel, firmly press onto the stain to absorb any remaining liquid or tomato sauce residue.
2 – Mix 2 cold cups of water with 1 tablespoon of liquid dish detergent.
3 – Soak a clean cloth or sponge in this solution and blot the affected area.
4 – Rinse the carpet with cold water and pat dry with a clean towel.
Ta da! Hopefully. If you’re left with any vestiges of tomato-dom, it’s time to call in the professionals at BCS at 801 561 1730.
